Clay Shooting Mornings

We are able to offer a morning clay shoot for a group of around 20 to 24 people which involves meeting at Ashbourne around 9:30am for coffee and then proceeding to the shooting stands. This can be taken in the summer or winter, in fact at anytime of the year.

Guests are treated to exceptional sporting activity with professional assistance and guidance for both the novice and those with experience (although there is absolutely no need to have any previous “know how” of shooting).

Everything is provided, including all guns (12 bore and 20 bore) cartridges & clays, professional instructors and support staff. Everyone will have a practice at each of the four stands and then we will arrange a friendly competition!

You are likely to shoot about 80 clays each. Dependant upon the weather, we suggest warm clothing with either wellingtons or stout walking boots in the less warmer weather or something lighter in the summer months. Prizes for the winners!

After the shoot we retire to the local pub (really good one only a mile from Ashbourne) for a home cooked meal (this is chosen from a great menu prior to booking the day, and consists of a two course lunch with white and red wine). The total cost of everything is £115 a head (plus vat). 25% deposit required at time of booking.
